Our apartments are carefully renovated Viennese flats.

What does BeLLeArTi stand for?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

BeLLeArTi stands for \u2018fine arts\u2019. And that idea runs through everything we do. We never wanted to simply rent out apartments. We wanted to create spaces that inspire and resonate, for people living and working in Vienna for weeks or months.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Where does the artwork in the apartments come from?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Every piece you see has been personally selected. Most of the artwork comes from Vienna and the surrounding region. For many of our guests, this is a real highlight. Some even discover their favourite artists here. For others, the art is the subtle reason why everything feels so harmonious. Many guests say: \u2018I don\u2019t know why, but I felt at home straight away.\u2019 We do know why the art makes the difference.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Do all apartments offer the same amenities?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All of our apartments are equipped to a very high standard. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, hairdryer and ironing facilities.\u00a0Many apartments also feature a home office desk, and some even include a sauna.\u00a0Everyone can find the apartment that perfectly suits their needs and preferences<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

With all this art and high-end equipment \u2013 are BeLLeArTi apartments expensive?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

That\u2019s often the assumption but the opposite is true.\u00a0A hotel room in central Vienna for several weeks can easily cost \u20ac2,500 or more per month.\u00a0Our apartments start from \u20ac1,500 \u2013 while offering significantly more space, privacy and personality.\u00a0And all of this without deposits or hidden costs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
