Our apartments are lovingly renovated Viennese flats. Guests who stay with us quickly feel at home. We offer a standard of comfort usually found only in your own home – but right in the heart of Vienna.
BeLLeArTi means ‘fine arts’. And that runs through everything we do. We never wanted to simply rent out flats. Instead, we wanted to create spaces that move and inspire people. For those who live and work in Vienna for weeks or months at a time.
Every single piece of art on our walls has been personally selected. Most of it comes from Vienna and the surrounding area. For our guests, this is a real highlight. Some even discover their favourite artists here. For others, the art is the invisible reason why everything feels so harmonious. Many of our guests say: ‘I don’t know why, but I felt at home straight away.’ We know why: the art makes all the difference.
All our apartments are superbly equipped. This includes a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and an iron. Many of our apartments have a home office desk, and some even have a sauna. We have the perfect apartment for everyone, tailored to their needs and preferences.
