BeLLeArTi stands for ‘fine arts’. And that idea runs through everything we do. We never wanted to simply rent out apartments. We wanted to create spaces that inspire and resonate, for people living and working in Vienna for weeks or months.
Every piece you see has been personally selected. Most of the artwork comes from Vienna and the surrounding region. For many of our guests, this is a real highlight. Some even discover their favourite artists here. For others, the art is the subtle reason why everything feels so harmonious. Many guests say: ‘I don’t know why, but I felt at home straight away.’ We do know why the art makes the difference.
All of our apartments are equipped to a very high standard. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, hairdryer and ironing facilities. Many apartments also feature a home office desk, and some even include a sauna. Everyone can find the apartment that perfectly suits their needs and preferences
